Accountant

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Daily booking of bank transactions.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Participates in month-, year-end closing.
  • Responsible for various reconciliations (bank statements, systems reports etc.)
  • Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis.
  • Reviews tax submissions (VAT, CIT, withholding tax etc.)

Skills we can’t do without:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar financial role.
  • Good Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Greek Tax
  • Fluency in Greek & English, both verbal and written.

Skills we’d like:

  • Professional certifications (e.g.ACCA , ACA ) are an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Previous working experience in the area of Financial Institutions will be considered an additional asset

Agile Delivery Manager

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You champion the agile delivery methodology and lead all Cardlink Delivery Teams
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and promote CI / CD
  • You act as a Scrum Master for Cardlink Delivery teams facilitating all scrum ceremonies across all delivery teams
  • You facilitate all planning of the agile delivery teams to get all deliverables on time
  • You understand estimation processes and provide insights to the estimates of the project team
  • You ensure that delivery teams are appropriately resourced to deliver based on their needs
  • You work closely with the product owners to keep the backlog tidy and smoothly feed the delivery teams with work
  • You maintain the documentation of the deliverables across all delivery teams
  • You identify and solve issues / impediments, escalating in advance to supervisor and / or Head of Architecture and Delivery where necessary
  • You identify and mitigate risks, escalating in advance to supervisor and / or Head of Architecture and Delivery where necessary
  • You protect the delivery teams putting people before process and ensure that energy is channeled to value
  • You maintain a pragmatic approach always leading the delivery teams to successful completion of tasks

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven track record of project management using agile methodologies
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire the project team and stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills in Greek and English
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SaFE)
  • Risk Management techniques  combined with strong planning and organizing skills
  • Understanding of the payment industry business and software industry terms
  • Excellent use of all MS office software as well JIRA and Confluence

 

Skills we’d like:

  • Experience in software development either in a role of business analyst, developer, quality assurance

Infrastructure Support Officer

Role for DC Operations / Linux and PABX

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Manage and ensure effectiveness of Servers and their associated Operating Systems and Software to meet significant reliability and service level requirements.
  • Perform system maintenance and updates
  • Operate and maintain security and backup policies
  • Monitor performance and ensure systems’ availability
  • Remediation of issues impacting the operation of the corporate voice and data infrastructure.
  • Root cause analysis for failures to H/W or O/S level and drive corrective action
  • Monitoring the infrastructure incidents and making recommendations for improvement
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors
  • Ensure optimal operation of all network hardware equipment such as Routers,

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012 R2, 2016, 2019)
  • Good Knowledge of Azure Administration
  • Good Knowledge of O365 and M365 services
  • Good knowledge of enterprise networking (VLANs, Routing, Switching, and IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Familiar with Databases like MS SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, etc.
