We celebrated the National Week of Customer Service with a lot of smiles and a great Cardlink 500 contest!

The National Week of Customer Service passed with a lot of surprises and smiles! Customers and partners visited our offices in a festive mood to meet Cardlink and our support team in person.

During the National Week of Customer Service, our customers were able to participate in the Cardlink 500 contest. Every day, from the 1st to the 6th of October, any person contacting the phone support center of Cardlink was able to participate in a draw for a €500 check, simply by stating their personal details at www.cardlink.gr! Interest and responses to the event were huge and grew larger day by day! We were very happy to deliver the checks and, with a lot of interest, we met in person with our partners who use Cardlink POS daily on their business.

The National Week of Customer Service is being carried out under the sponsorship of the Greek Institute of Customer Service in which Cardlink is a member. The goal of the institution is the recognition of the work of people involved in customer service.
