Can my business join the program?

In order for your business to be included in Program III “Digital Transformation” it must be an existing private enterprise engaged in economy activity and the following conditions must be met cumulatively, among others:

• It has its headquarters or branch in the Greek Territory with a Greek VAT number.
• It is active on the date of submission of the application for Funding by the Program.
• It was founded/ constituted before 01.01.2022
• It constitutes a legal entity (Societe Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, Partnership or Limited Partnership, I.K.E, Sole Proprietorship, Social Cooperative Enterprise, Cooperative or Sole Proprietorship and they keep aplographic or double-entry books.

If you are a beneficiary of a program, your business is included in one of the following distinct categories and subcategories based on activity (dependent work):

What are the steps I need to follow to get a voucher?

Visit the https://beneficiary.digitalsme.gov.gr/ and with your company’s TAXISnet login details apply for the voucher. Until you are informed if you are a beneficiary, you can learn about the redemption options at Cardlink, so that you have found the ideal combination that meets the needs of your business and be ready to be the first to benefit from the subsidy.

I am a voucher holder. How do I redeem it?

You can redeem your voucher for Cardlink products easily and quickly through our e-shop . Follow the steps and fill in the voucher number in the last step of payment.

Until when can I redeem the voucher?

For program ΙΙΙ “Digital Transactions” you can redeem your voucher until Sunday June 30th 2024.

Can I buy a new POS with a subsidy?

Yes, as long as your business is a beneficiary of the III “Digital Transactions” program. The amount of the subsidy is €150 per voucher and you can get up to 2 vouchers depending on the size of your business.

Can I redeem part of the voucher or redeem it on two products?

You can redeem the voucher on a single product. If you redeem part of the voucher, you will not be able to make use of the remaining balance.

For example, if you have the Program III “Digital Transactions” voucher worth €150 for the purchase of a new POS, you can redeem it at one POS.
