Innovation at Cardlink: From “use” to “experience

On May 7th, 2019, Makis Malioris, Enterprise Architecture & Governance Manager at Cardlink spoke at the InnovationID 2019 International Conference which was held in Thessaloniki.

He presented the evolution of Cardlink since the very beginning, and the road to the digital era through innovative products and services.

The purpose of the conference was to analyze Design as a problem-solving methodology, focusing on the user. Design Promoters took part in innovative approaches, successful practices, as well as new trends, tools, case studies, and Design Driven Innovation methods.
