Cardlink celebrated Global Customer Experience Day and National Customer Service Week

 

Cardlink participated, once again, in the celebration of Global Customer Experience Day and National Customer Service Week in the first week of October. With the aim of highlighting the role of customer experience and rewarding its people who strive every day to provide excellent customer service to its cooperating businesses, the company organized a series of celebratory activities for its employees, partners and customers, with interesting speeches, quizzes and prizes.

The highlight of the week was Ilenia Vidili’s speech, world renowned keynote speaker, author and business advisor which inspired Cardlink’s team for a modern approach to the customer-centric model of business activity.

For Cardlink, which has always placed customers and their experience at the center of its operation, the two institutions are an opportunity to say a big “thank you” to the businesses that trust the company and highlight its commitment to stand firmly by their side as a reliable partner.

National Customer Service Week (CSWEEK) is organized every year by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service and is celebrated in more than 60 countries. Global Customer Experience Day (CXDay) is organized by the global Customer Experience Professionals Association and is celebrated on the first Tuesday of every October by thousands of professionals and organizations around the world.
