Cardlink Advisory Board: Cardlink works with its customers to develop new products and services
Cardlink, a member of Worldline, the European leader in payments and transaction services industry, announces the creation of the Cardlink Advisory Board (CAB), the first Customer Advisory Board in Greece. Through this initiative, the company invites its customers to contribute to developing new, innovative products and services that will meet their needs in a meaningful way.
The creation of the Cardlink Advisory Board marks a significant moment for the company. Cardlink has consistently placed the customer and their needs at the heart of its business, while the establishment of the CAB creates an organized framework for continuous feedback, making its customers strategic partners who are instrumental in shaping the next day of payments technology.
The entrepreneurs-members of the CAB will be sharing with the Cardlink team their valuable insights on the company’s existing or new products and services, as well as their concerns about the challenges they face in the payments space. Moreover, they will be able to share ideas and suggestions on what their business needs to grow, participate in surveys and constructive innovation workshops with other professionals, and enjoy special privileges. The group is made up of both existing Cardlink customers and non-partner businesses with physical and/or online stores looking to evolve in the payments sector.
The aim is to continuously improve Cardlink’s offered services through meaningful feedback from its customers, in order to provide state-of-the-art products and services that contribute to business growth and optimal customer service. In this way, the CAB will boost both Cardlink’s own development and that of its customers, as it will respond substantially to their needs and contribute to their digital transformation.

The first workshop of the Cardlink Advisory Board is scheduled to take place in April.
