My POS tries to print the receipt, but instead it restarts constantly

If your POS is wired, please change the position of the POS power supply on the power strip and confirm that the cable is properly connected to the power outlet, but also that it is the correct power supply. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@cardlink.gr to replace the power supply.

If your POS is wireless, please check the POS battery charge.
