The company i-mall Micro Market created in Nea Smyrni is the first retail store that operates fully autonomously, 24/7/365. Orders are placed interactively within the store via a touch screen or mobile app, using state-of-the-art vending machine technology.

The solution
The Cardlink team designed a solution that meets the needs of the innovative store of i-mall Micro Market. At a hardware level, the Android POS IM30 device was chosen, which was placed on the shop’s vending machines. The customer chooses the product they want and carry out their transaction through the POS, paying by card (via card insertion or contactless payment), wallet, or wearable, and the payment is completed with remarkable speed. The self-service POS IM30 uses an Android operating system and has great flexibility and ease of connectivity, offering connection via ethernet, bluetooth, WiFi and 4G.
